3. School Responsibilities

  • Class Lists: Provide digital rosters (using Photographer’s Excel template) 2 weeks before photo day to enable secure online galleries 4.

  • Access & Scheduling: Designate photography areas and manage class transitions.

  • Communication: Distribute digital flyers (provided by Photographer) to families about ordering.

  • Opt-Out Management: Notify Photographer of students without photo consent.

4. Photographer Responsibilities

  • No Cost to School: All payments are made directly by families via online orders.

  • Delivery: Photos shipped to student homes (address provided at order) within 2 weeks.

  • Security:

  • ✅Enhanced background checks.

  • ✅ Encrypted galleries, 12-month image retention.

  • ✅ $1M liability insurance (certificate available upon request).

  • Retakes: Reshoots for technical errors or absences.

  • Online Galleries: Private, password-protected access for each student.

5. Image Rights & Privacy

  • School Use: May use images for yearbooks, newsletters, and websites (non-commercial). Requires parental consent for identifiable students in public materials 612.

  • Photographer Use: Will seek school permission before using images in portfolios or marketing.

  • Student Privacy:

6. Financial Terms
